After announcing its temporary closure back in early April, Marina Bay Sands is back and is progressively resuming operations of its major attractions. The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands opened on June 19 and five signature and celebrity chef restaurants resumed operations on June 27. The Flower Dome and ArtScience Museum return today (July 1).

But for those who aren’t in a rush to jostle with the crowds, the integrated resort is also set to launch its takeaway platform on July 4. As a start, the Gourmet Takeaway service features over 120 signature dishes from Black Tap, Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsey, Cut by Wolfgang Puck, Mott 32, and Yardbird Southern Table and Bar. As other restaurants progressively open their doors, the platform will be updated to ultimately offer over 260 items across 12 other restaurants at Marina Bay Sands.

Diners can place an order and choose to collect the food from three convenient pick-up options – drive-through, directly at the restaurant, or from pick-up counters located at the entrance of Sands Expo and the convention centre.

Highlights of the Gourmet Takeaway include an abridged menu from Cut by Wolfgang Puck, festuring its signature 21-day aged, corn-fed USDA prime steak from $80. Hong Kong's award-winning Mott 32 offers its best-selling creations, including the barbecued Iberico pork ($48) that’s only available in limited portions daily and a lavish lobster ma po tofu ($106).

Other restaurants to look forward to in the coming weeks include mod-Japanese plates from Koma, hearty Italian-American dishes from Lavo Italian Restaurant and Rooftop Bar, db Bistro and Oyster Bar, and Adrift by David Myers.
