In memoriam, the Pennsylvania victims of the Sept. 11 attacks: Editorial

Sunday is the 15th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. The tragedies in New York City, Washington D.C. and Somerset County, Pa., claimed the lives of nearly 3,000 people and permanently changed the lives of many countless thousands more.
