Kapoor
posted
a
series
of
clips
on
his
Instagram
account
hitting
the
gym
and
doing
heavy
workouts.
The
session
made
Shahid
look
as
fit
as
a
fiddle
and
people
are
in
awe
of
his
fitness
level.
A
source
close
to
the
actor
revealed
his
secrets
as,
"He
does
a
lot
of
cardio
and
weight
training,
and
works
out
for
at
least
an
hour
a
day.
He
also
uses
dumbbells
and
weights
in
his
makeshift
gym.
Shahid,
who
has
received
positive
feedback
for
his
new
muscular
look,
is
particular
about
his
workout
sessions," the
source
said,
adding
that
the
Kaminey
(2009)
actor
is
also
a
strict
vegetarian
and
never
indulges
himself
or
cheats
on
his
diet
so
that
he
can
maintain
his
physique."
The

further
commented,
"Shahid
has
a
shooting
schedule
that
begins
early
in
the
morning
and
ends
late
in
the
evening.
The
actor
is
also
dedicating
time
to
other
assignments
and
personal
commitments
after
he's
done
with
work.

has
decided
to
set
up
a
makeshift
gym
in
his
vanity
van
on
the
sets."
On
the
work
front,
Shahid
Kapoor
is
currently
shooting
for
Sanjay
Leela
Bhansali's
Padmavati
and
is
also
busy
shooting
for
the
film
Rangoon.
Both
Padmavati
and
Rangoon
are
scheduled
to
hit
the
theatres
in
2017.
