John Barr (Unaffiliated, incumbent)

• $1,000 each: Paul Mellott of Hagerstown and Herman Mellott of Warfordsburg, Pa. They are with Mellott Co., an aggregate crushing and screening company with sites in Hancock and Warfordsburg.

• $250: retired Washington County Circuit Court Judge Kennedy Boone and R. Bruce Carson Jewelers President and co-owner Tom Newcomer. Newcomer is Barr's campaign treasurer.
