Police respond to Joe's Pond for reports of shots fired

Two Vermont men face assault charges after a fight and reports of gunshots at a Danville boat launch.
Police say they responded to the Joe's Pond boat launch Sunday around 2 p.m. after reports of gunfire. Troopers say Brian Reynolds, 25, of Lyndonville, and Nicholas Reynolds, 26, of Berlin, got into a fight, and that Brian Reynolds also assaulted a 20-year-old woman from Berlin.
Both were cited for assault. Nicholas Reynolds was also cited for reckless endangerment.
