We could kick this post off with some words on how fall is a great time to reset, treat yourself, or get back into a fitness routine, but honestly, we’d always welcome a weekend with complimentary fitness classes or wellness panels with celebrity trainers.

Of course, this weekend does mark the first day of fall, and it just so happens to be filled with complimentary fitness classes, luxe beauty samples, free kombucha, and a wellness panel with a celebrity trainer. It also does genuinely feel like a really great time for all that. Fine! We’ll take it.

Here’s what you have to look forward to.

Friday Through Sunday: Highland Park Village’s Be(YOU)ty Event

There are three cool components to this three-day event. The first is a free fitness class at 9am on Saturday in Bandier’s Studio B Pop-Up featuring LYNC’s new mat-based core class. Call 214.559.9124 or email [email protected] to sign up.

Second, a bunch of shops will be offering samples and a complimentary Stoney Clover Lane cosmetic bag (with purchases of $125 or more). Click here to see a list of participating stores.

And finally, Bird Bakery will be offering free kombucha on tap all weekend long (kombucha ain’t cheap!) and The Juice Bar is giving you your third day free when you buy two days of juice cleanses. Sip on that.

Sunday: Sweat Showcase at the Westin Galleria Dallas

The Westin Galleria’s latest Sweat Showcase features Simone De La Rue, the celeb-loved trainer who’s sculpted Chrissy Teigen, Taylor Swift, Sandra Bullock, and her fair share of Victoria Secret Angels. She’s kind of a big deal. This Sunday, Dallasites can finally book a spot in her beloved dance cardio class, along with a full-day of fitness, wellness panels, a superfood-filled lunch, and an athleisure fashion show at the Westin Galleria Dallas. Snag general admission or VIP tickets here, and start planning your post-workout selfie accordingly.
