Paint and Sip at Fundraiser Sunday for Phoenix Village Art Center

Space is filling up for this weekend’s special fundraiser at Phoenixville’s BYOB and Paint Gallery on Bridge Street, benefiting Phoenix Village Art Center’s summer camp scholarship program.

Co-hosted by Laura Keen Photography, the community mural art event will be held Sunday, March 29, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The party will also feature a silent auction and live music from Joe Jack Talcum of the Dead Milkmen and Joy Ike. Guests are invited to come any time during the event.

Tickets are $10 prepay, or $15 at the door. Pay through PayPal to CapemayL@aol.com, and put PVAC in the subject, or send a check made payable to the Phoenix Village Art Center to 154 Sixth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA 19460.

All proceeds will be donated to the Phoenix Village Art Center summer camp scholarship. Each year, the center organizes 10 weeks of enriching summer programming for children ages 5 to 15 years old. Registration is now open for the 2015 season, which begins June 15 and ends August 21.
