The summer finale of Major Crimes is creeping up on fans and star Mary McDonnell is ready to give some hints about what to expect.

Why Tony Denison Supports 'Shandy' On TNT's 'Major Crimes'

Talking to TV ine Friday, McDonnell gave a preview of how her character Sharon Raydor feels about Rusty's mom Sharon Beck (Ever Carradine) during the finale on Monday.

"'Enough is enough.' It's that simple," McDonnell said about how her character feels right now about Sharon Beck. "I think that Sharon [Raydor] has tried very, very hard to both help this young man [Rusty] and guide him through this maze and not be too intrusive and also allow the potential for, you know, whatever [relationship] with his mother, because the hope would be that there would be a rehab situation and eventually some kind of healing. That's what you'd want for anyone. But things are not going that way."

McDonnell continued to say that Raydor's "bottom line is reached" in the finale. Although she isn't short tempered, she does take action when its necessary.

The show, which is a spin-off of TNT's The Closer, was just renewed for a fourth season, so fans can expect a lot more from McDonnell and Major Crimes. "We're so good together now," she said about the cast. "So, you really do come to work looking forward to whomever is in that scene."

Major Crimes airs on TNT on Monday at 9 p.m. ET.
