It looks like Mario Lopez can't wait to be a second-time father.

The Extra TV host was in the caressing mood on Sunday as he hit up the North American Hairstyling Awards in Las Vegas with his very pregnant wife Courtney.

Mario couldn't resist giving his wife's growing tummy a few fawning pats on the red carpet.

The couple are already parents to two-year-old daughter Gia and expect the newest addition in September.

The well-groomed TV presenter, 39, had the double honour of hosting the event and receiving an award for being a beautiful humanitarian.

A statement released by event organisers read: 'His charisma, personality and charitable work with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America  makes him the perfect recipient of this award.

Dita Von Teese also made a grand entrance at the Sin City bash.

She is always immaculately turned out even when she has next to nothing on.

And Sunday night was no exception for the burlesque dancer and vintage clothing model.

Dressed in a floor length polka dot gown, pinched in at the waist and with a pretty 1920s clutch bag, she was the perfect guest at the ceremony.

And it goes without saying, her trademark jet-black hair was styled to precision at the glitzy Mandalay Bay Hotel event.

Dita, 40, was amongst guests at the annual beauty gathering known as the Academy Awards of the hair industry.

The ceremony recognizes the biggest talent in the business.
