ArtsinStark, in partnership with Visit Canton, announced the winners this week.
Contest judges were David Whitehill, president and CEO of ArtsinStark; Ally Bussey, president of Visit Canton; Tonja Marshall, chief marketing officer at Visit Canton; and James Waters, CEO of Waters Media.
Winners receive a prize package, including gift cards from downtown restaurants and merchants who supported the event by participating in the Wonder Pass, a digital savings app organized by festival co-sponsor Visit Canton, an ArtsinStark news release said.
“It’s always great to see people be inspired to create their own art,” Whitehill said in a prepared statement. The light festival "was very engaging, and these photos really capture the fun and the spirit of the event.
"Congratulations to the winners and thank you to everyone who came out to see Canton Light Festival and support local businesses," he added.
