Friday:

: From 5-8 p.m. at the (Free) you can help pick fresh hops for the brew. The Lift Bridge guys will be brewing during the event; they’ll also have live bluegrass music and plenty of beer. This is open to all ages, but you must reserve your free spot using the online ticket system. From 9 p.m. to midnight, those 21 and older ($10) can catch Pat McCurdy on stage playing a mix of tunes.

Saturday:

Washington County's Historic Society's first annual Stillwater Historic Home Tour., including the Aurora Staples home and the Austin Jenks home. Cost: $15

9 a.m.-7 p.m. at : "Paint on the Water" festival brings the diverse culture of Hip-Hop to the St. Croix Valley through an educational process that includes aerosol art, This is a free event, held in Pioneer Park.

11th ANNUAL GRAPE STOMP! From noon-5 p.m. at . There will be grape-stomping competitions, drawings and prizes. Live music. It is the perfect opportunity to bring your family out to the vineyards, stomp grapes and relax outdoors with a picnic.

: From 3 -7 p.m. head over to for the 11th annual Washington County Bluegrass Festival. This year’s festival will feature four local bluegrass bands, the Roe Family Singers, High Strung String Band, Barley Jacks with Brian Wicklund, and the High 48s with Marty Marone of Tangled Roots.

Starts at 9:30 a.m. at . The Art of Storytelling workshop will be conducted by three seasoned story tellers from Northstar Storytelling League,  and will focus on presenters telling stories, but will heavily consist of participants sharing stories through a combination of paired, trio and group exercises. The suggested donation for the workshop is $10 for Art Reach Members, $15 for others, payable at the door.
