MARTINEZ, CA – A jail inmate found dead at the Martinez Detention Facility on Saturday afternoon has been identified by the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office as Dwight Dunn, a 61-year-old transient from Concord.

Dunn was found unresponsive by a sheriff's deputy conducting a room check at the jail at about 2:50 p.m. Saturday. Fire crews and an ambulance responded, but he was later pronounced dead.
