Saint James 62, Georgetown Day 59

WASHINGTON — Javier Gilgeous-Glasgow scored 23 points to lead Saint James in a Mid-Atlantic Conference win over Georgetown Day on Thursday.

Xzavier Long had 11 points for the Saints (2-4, 1-2).

Broadfording 94, Faith 29

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Charlie Bell had 23 points and six steals for Broadfording Christian in an MDCC win over Faith Christian on Thursday.

Yara Zamuruiev had 20 points, 11 rebounds, five assists and five steals, Ali Kara had 11 points, Bogdan Ivanichvin had 10 points and six steals, Alex Kehr had 10 points, 10 rebounds and three steals and Trey Tiller added 10 points for the Lions (4-4, 2-0) who led 53-22 at the half.

Clarke County 65, Berkeley Springs 54

BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. — Dakota McCaw scored 19 points to lead Clarke County (3-4) past the Indians on Wednesday.

E.J. Barkley had 19 points for Berkeley Springs (1-1), which led 26-22 at halftime.

Broadfording 45, Faith 22

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Alani White had 24 points, 13 steals and five rebounds to lead Broadfording Christian Academy past Faith Christian on Thursday.

Telma Einarsdottir had 14 points, eight rebounds, six steals and three assists for the Lions, while Tillie Derr had 11 rebounds, six steals and three assists in the win.

Corinne Salesky scored six points for the Falcons (0-5, 0-3 MDCC).

Faith scored more than half its points in the first quarter as they took a 12-10 lead. Broadfording led 23-14 at halftime and 37-16 after three quarters.

Mercersburg 60, MSD 54

MERCERSBURG, Pa. — Tiffany McGhie scored 12 of her 13 points in the fourth quarter and had nine rebounds as Mercersburg Academy held off Maryland School for the Deaf on Thursday.

Maria Weimer had 13 points, eight steals and three assists for the Blue Storm (2-2), while Ava Hull also scored 13 points and Megan List had 10 points and four assists in the win.

Cassidy Perry scored a game-high 28 points for MSD.
