The building is home to the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. Gary Walker of SkyWalker Property Partners brokered the sale with Travis English of Duncan Holdings.
An out-of-state investor purchased the Outback Steakhouse building at State Highway 121 near Glade Rd in Euless. Strive Real Estate brokered the sale.
