Pisgah man killed in two-vehicle crash in Jackson County

Alabama State Troopers have released the name of a man killed in a two-vehicle crash in Jackson County.

Kenneth Wade Holcomb of Pisgah, 63, was killed when a 2006 Nissan, in which he was a passenger, struck a 2001 Dodge driven by Ralph Hall, 73, of Chickamauga, Ga. Holcomb was pronounced dead at the scene.

Hall was taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries, as was the driver of the Nissan, Jason Wayne Haynes, 39, also of Pisgah.

The wreck happened at 10:45 a.m. at the intersection of Alabama 71 and Jackson County 88 two miles east of Pisgah.

Alabama State Troopers are investigating the crash.
