FORMER Voice contestant turned We Love Jam Studios producer Laura-Leigh Smith has spent $680,000 on her first Sydney apartment, which has become a $750 a week rental.
She snapped up the two bedroom apartment within two days of it hitting the market. Morton Woolloomooloo agent Noel Jenkins marketed the apartment as a unique New York loft style apartment.
