MRP Realty is planning the Washington Gateway-North Tower Building at New York and Florida avenues. The $90-million project includes an 11-story reinforced concrete building. Forest City Development is planning an $85-million redevelopment project called 600 M Street SE Mixed Use. The project includes two 10-story structural steel buildings totaling 500,000 sq ft. Delaware

The University of Delaware has proposed the Bio-Pharmaceutical Innovation Building Phase II in Newark. The $104-million project is awaiting approvals. The schedule has not been determined. Maryland

The Maryland National Capital Park & Planning Commission has proposed the New Southern Area Aquatic and Recreation Complex in Brandywine. Pennsylvania

The city of Erie and the Erie Sewer Authority are upgrading a sewage treatment plant. The two-phase, $28.8-million project is part of a 10-year capital improvement plan. The Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board is serving as the owner’s agent for a 92-acre sports complex at an undetermined site in King of Prussia. The up to $50-million multi-use complex includes 12 multipurpose fields and 108,000 sq ft of indoor court space for volleyball and basketball. The facility would also have a zip line canopy tour, outdoor pavilion and 1,400 parking spaces. A feasibility study has been completed and talks are underway with potential developers. Virginia

Erickson Living Retirement Communities has a conceptual master plan for the Erickson Living West Neck Continuing Care Community in Richmond. The $100-million project is expected to have 1,450 living units, including independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled-nursing units. No schedule has been set for the groundbreaking, but the sales center is slated to open in 2020. Moseley Architects is the architect, and Kimley-Horn Associates is the civil engineer. Sentinel Data Centers is planning the $295-million Sentinel Data Center (Phase 3) in Sterling. The design-bid-build project would include a 492,000-sq-ft data center.
