Call it home court advantage — for the new owner, not for Steph Curry of the Golden State Warriors. The NBA All-Star and his wife, Ayesha, have settled in the San Francisco Bay Area, so they’ve put their Waxhaw, N.C., mansion on the market.
The Currys bought the home for $1,275,000 in 2011, according to Realtor.com. The property is not far from Charlotte, where they grew up. They met in a youth group at the Central Church of God in Charlotte, The Charlotte Observer has reported.
The home, 307 Skyecroft Way, has four bedrooms, four full baths, and three half baths in 7,650 square feet. It is listed for $1,550,000 and in a gated community.
Inside, you’ll find amenities like a movie theater, a wine cellar, an exercise room, and two wet bars. There are stone archways and fireplaces throughout the home.
