WoW players are a dedicated bunch, some of whom are willing to go to great lengths to max their levels in novel ways. Earlier this year, one player managed to max their character to the old, 90 cap, without even leaving the Pandaren start area. Some people topped out the new level cap within an hour of the game's release, and of course, they saw their levels rolled back for using exploits. The new Warlords of Draenor drove WoW subscriptions to 7.4 million, up 600,000 from the previous quarter. The expansions focuses on the origin of the Orcs and the Draenei and sends players back in time to participate in pivotal events in the history of the universe of World of Warcraft.
Our review-in-progress of Warlords of Draenor is live and, well, in progress, so be sure to check it and follow along.
