OPP, Ala. (AP) – The body of an Alabama man who had been reported missing has been found.

News outlets report 36-year-old Louis Swinger was reported missing Thursday after his car was seen in Elba last weekend. He reportedly was headed to Opp.

Opp Police say law enforcement found Swinger’s body about 8:15 p.m. Friday in a wooded area.

An investigation revealed that Swinger was lured to an apartment, where he was shot and killed. Police said his vehicle was dumped behind a house and his body was hidden in a wooded area.

Four men were arrested early Saturday and charged with murder – a 22-year-old, 20-year-old, 19-year-old and an 18-year-old – all residents of Opp. Their names have not yet been released. It was unknown whether any of them have attorneys.
