The 30-year-old pregnant actress concealed her baby bump under her comfy sweatshirt for the casual outing.

While talking about her pregnancy and engagement for the first time, Mila revealed that she plans on having a natural birth.

“I’m going to do it as all natural as I possibly can, unless there’s an emergency,” Mila said, confirming she will not get an epidural. “I did this to myself, I might as well do it right.”
