Church Girl Sexting Lands Joliet Man in Jail: Cops
He was hit with stiffer child pornography charges and put back in jail.
JOLIET, IL — A Joliet man was jailed for a second time on the same naked picture case after prosecutors filed stiffer charges against him.
Rodney Harris, 30, allegedly traded nude photos with a 15-year-old girl he met at church. Harris was first charged with the indecent solicitation of a child and grooming when he was arrested in July 2014.
Harris was released on bond in Feb. 15 but the cops put him back in jail Tuesday.

Prosecutors secured a criminal indictment against Harris last month. He was charged with two counts of child pornography in connection with the same naked photo case that led to his arrest a year and a half ago.
Harris’ bond had been previously set at $50,000.
