MORENO VALLEY, CA — Riverside County health officials are asking for the public's help identifying a man who has been hospitalized and in the county's care for a month. The patient, described as nonverbal and about 30 years old, was found standing fully-clothed in the middle of sprinklers on April 21.

According to Riverside University Health System officials, the man was on the corner of Fir St. and Perris Blvd. in Moreno Valley. He was taken to the hospital to be evaluated and has remained there since.

"Hospital officials say they hope the photograph and description will help them identify the man," the agency said in a news release on Monday.
