Mariah Carey will perform at the American Music Awards on Oct. 9, bringing her signature pop razzle-dazzle to the 2018 stage, as it was announced on Tuesday (Sept. 25).
Carey, who first performed at the AMAs in 1991 for a rendition of her dance-pop hit “Someday,” will now make her world TV debut of “With You” — the first single from her forthcoming album. The performance will mark the Carey’s return to the AMA stage, with her last appearance taking place in 2008.
The singer joins a star-studded performance lineup, with previously-announced artists Benny Blanco, Halsey and Khalid also set to take the stage.
