Comic recovering after spinal surgery

Kevin Hart has started walking again after undergoing back surgery following his car crash.

Hollywood gossip website TMZ reports that the 40-year-old comedian has been walking slowly a week after the accident that left him badly injured.

In the early hours of last Sunday, his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda – which featured in the Fast And The Furious movie franchise –  rolled down an embankment in Los Angeles.

He had back surgery after suffering three spinal fractures, and is now undergoing physical therapy in hospital.

The driver of the car, Jared Black, also suffered serious back injuries. No other vehicle was involved.

Hart’s wife, Eniko, 35, recently reassured fans that ‘he's great. He's going to be just fine.'
