Florida Man Admits Videotaping 80 Sex Partners

32-year-old Bryan Deneumostier of Homestead, Florida was known by the screen name, "susanleon33326," according to federal prosecutors.

MIAMI, FL — A 32-year-old Florida man known by the screen name, “susanleon33326,” has admitted to videotaping at least 80 male sex partners without their permission and selling the videos to an online porn site. Bryan Deneumostier of Homestead pleaded guilty to two counts of illegal interception of oral communications in U.S. District Court. Prosecutors said Deneumostier also videtaped another 70 men who may have known they were being recorded.

The guilty plea was announced Thursday by U.S. Attorney Ariana Fajardo Orshan in Miami, Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and Special Agent in Charge Mark Selby of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations Miami Field Office.

Deneumostier is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga on Nov. 29. Deneumostier has been in custody since he was arrested in July.

"The defendant had surreptitiously made audio and video recordings of the sexual encounters, without the victims’ knowledge or consent," according to federal prosecutors. "He later sold the 'hook up” videos to a third party located overseas and caused them to be posted onto the website."

Sarah Schall of the U.S. Attorney's Office in Miami said that the website, Straightboyz.net, has been suspended and there is also language in the plea agreement that Deneumostier must make efforts to remove additional videos.

The charges only relate to three victims whose identities are being withheld by prosecutors to protect their privacy.

"Deneumostier admitted that he recorded himself engaging in sexual activity with approximately 150 men that were featured on his website and that approximately 80 of those did not know that he was recording them," prosecutors added.

The investigation was conducted by HSI. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Cary Aronovitz and Senior Trial Attorney Mona Sedky of the Criminal Division’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section.
