Dunklin Co. man arrested, charged with second degree rape

HORNERSVILLE, MO (KFVS) - 54-year-old Ruben Marty Goff is charged with 2nd degree statutory rape.
The Dunklin County Sheriff's Department alleges between June and August 2009, Goff had sex with a juvenile who was under the age of 17.
Goff was released from jail on $20,000 bond. He is scheduled for a court appearance on April 13.
