Breakfast with Santa Set for Dec. 11 at Seasons 52 at The Mall
Proceeds benefit Grassroots, Howard County's crisis intervention center and shelter for the homeless
Santa will visit with youngsters, their parents and grandparents at “Breakfast with Santa” on Dec. 11, 8-9:30 a.m., at Seasons 52 restaurant at The Mall in Columbia, 10300 Little Patuxent Parkway. Santa will talk with youngsters and their families at their tables. Miss Julie, the Mall’s Family Fun Day entertainer, will be the hostess of the breakfast.
Breakfast prepared by Seasons 52 will include scrambled eggs, bacon, French toast sticks, fruit, juice, milk and coffee. Student volunteers from Howard County high schools will serve as greeters and wait staff.
Tickets for the breakfast are $15 per guest, children 6 months and younger are free. “Breakfast with Santa” benefits Grassroots, Howard County’s 24-hour crisis intervention center and shelter for the homeless. About Grassroots
Grassroots provides the county’s only emergency shelter and 24-hour crisis intervention services. Professional crisis counselors staff Grassroots’ 24-hour hotline; see walk-in clients in need of immediate counseling; and operate the Mobile Crisis Team, which responds with the police to community emergencies.
