Kahn is an avid boat racer and yachtsman, and he built the home in 2009 to include a parking space for his yacht. Traveling time from the property’s dock to downtown San Francisco by yacht takes about 10 minutes.

The 4,205-square-foot home with three bedrooms and six bathrooms was remodeled in 2015 and includes some stunning features. These include an elevator, glass walls that open onto an expansive deck as well as a pool and spa. A floating dock and boat lift also completes the nautical home.

Bill Smith and Ann Aylwin with Compass are the listing agents.

Kahn, a mathematician and an inventor, is credited with creating the first camera phone. His inspiration was the birth of his daughter in 1997. At the hospital, he managed to connect a mobile phone, a digital camera and a web-server for photos he had been working on for a year to send photos of his newborn.
