Singer and actor Joe Jonas is selling his Sherman Oaks, Calif. mansion for $4.25 million, reports Mansion Global.

Dubbed The Sutton House, the 5,600 square foot farmhouse-style home has five bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths. It features a home theater, separate guest house and pool, among many other amenities.
The home was purchased in 2016 for $3.7 million, according to public records. Carl Gambino with the Westside Estate Agency is the current listing agent.
Jonas formed the wildly popular Jonas Brothers band with siblings Kevin and Nick and later created the group DNCE. He is currently engaged to Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner.
