UFC ace Ronda Rousey set for WWE career as she releases video clip training with star Natalya

Rousey looks set to swap the Octagon for the wresting ring after two damaging losses in UFC to Holly Holm and Amanda Nunes

UFC star Ronda Rousey has sparked more speculation she will join WWE by releasing a training video with star Natalya.

The UFC superstar has been rumoured to be making the switch from the octagon to the wrestling ring for some time.

There have even been reports the former UFC women’s bantamweight champion is preparing to take part in WrestleMania 34 next year.

The 30-year-old MMA star released the clip to promote her new upcoming website practicing with former WWE Smackdown champ.

Training with Natalya, the daughter of wrestler Jim 'The Anvil' Neidhart and Ellie Hart, the daughter of Stu Hart, shows Rousey is serious about the next chapter of her career.

Natalya is a two-time WWE world champion and was the first woman to train in the legendary Hart family 'Dungeon' with her uncles Bret and Ross Hart.

There is also a clip featuring Rousey working out in what appears to be WWE's acclaimed Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

Rousey was beaten by Holly Holm and Amanda Nunes in her last two fights and with her reputation in tatters, the switch to looks inevitable.

She fuelled speculation about that move when she recently appeared on WWE program alongside some of her fellow MMA friends and was confronted by Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch and Bayley.

UFC boss Dana White has urged Rousey to get on with it and tell the world what her next step should be.

When asked about an octagon return for Rousey, White said: “I wouldn’t want to see it, I care about her.

"She’s got enough money and all that stuff. I don’t want to see it happen."
