Lindsay Lohan disses mom Dina before saying she misses her

Lohan pleaded not guilty on Feb. 9, 2011, after being arraigned in Los Angeles on a charge she swiped a gold necklace from a jewelry store. Lohan clearly wasn't too happy about what the judge was about to tell her. 'If you violate the law, I will remand you and set no bail,' Schwartz told Lohan. 'You need to follow the law just like anybody else. You are no better than anybody else ... Please don't push your luck.' The Long Island-raised actress - wearing in a clingy white mini-dress, dark sunglasses and her blond hair in a ponytail - was immediately taken into custody by court officers.

Lohan received no sympathy from L.A. Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel, who found she violated probation on a pair of 2007 DUI busts. An overwrought LiLo made a weepy last-ditch plea for freedom, bizarrely invoking her charity work with Moroccan children at one point. 'I'm not taking this as a joke,' the party-hearty actress said during a rambling speech in which she broke down twice. An unmoved Revel sentenced the bewildered Lohan to three consecutive 30-day sentences - three times what prosecutors were seeking - to be followed by rehab. On Oct. 30, 2010, Lindsay's New Year's plans came to a crashing halt as she was sentenced to rehab until Jan. 3. A tough-talking Beverly Hills judge opted not to send the starlet to prison for violating her probation for a second time. Instead, Judge Elden Fox told Lohan to get 'serious' about her sobriety and her career and sent her back to the Betty Ford Center - for her fifth stint in rehab - until Jan. 3. 'You're staying there past the New Year, there's a reason for that,' the judge said, as scattered laughter erupted in the courtroom.

On May 24, Judge Marsha Revel ordered a rough-looking Lilo to begin wearing a SCRAM alcohol monitoring device within 24 hours. She would have to wear the device until her July 6 hearing on whether she violated terms of her probation. Lilo allegedly blew off alcohol-education classes and missed a mandatory court appearance, claiming she was trapped in Cannes, France, after her passport was stolen.

Lindsay Lohan just can’t decide how she truly feels about her mother.

After dragging Dina Lohan through the mud for years, LiLo is now wishing her mom she would pay her a visit.

The “Mean Girls” star posted an old photo to Instagram on Friday saying “Mom @dinalohan come visit me already! (emoji).”

But just hours prior on Thursday night, “The Parent Trap” posted a photo to Instagram of a woman dropping a cell phone with the words “we’re done” written across it.

She wrote, “…Sometimes it sucks when your mom isn’t there for you” and tagged her mother. She deleted the post soon after.

Two weeks ago, Dina Lohan posted a photo of her and her daughter on Instagram with the caption, “My beautiful girl #family to red! Be true to yourself!”

On Jan. 18, Lindsay posted a selfie with the caption “miss you mom!”

Dina retweeted the line and it is her most recent post on Twitter.

While most Instagram users wrote comments like “what a beautiful family” and “I love you Lindsay,” on Friday’s post — others were quick to point out Lindsay Lohan change of heart.

One commenter wrote, “can’t keep up.”

Another user with the name “linds4eve” wrote “LOL, after you dragged your mommy’s name through social media mud and got the attention you so desperately crave, you post this. #sasad #KARMA.”

The mother and daughter pair are known to have a volatile relationship over the years. In 2012, the police had to get involved when an altercation broke out between the two.

In May 2015, Lindsay Lohan was ruled to have completed enough community service to pay off her debts stemming from her 2012 reckless driving incident.
