Forget Keeping Up With the Kardashians, we’re just trying to keep up with Scott Disick’s love life. Some people grilled hot dogs for the Fourth of July, others watched fireworks, but Scott and his ex-girlfriend Sofia Richie? They spent it together on the beach in Malibu.
Oh, but that’s not all! The exes were also spotted eating lunch at Nobu before heading to a friend’s beach party, according to photos obtained by the Daily Mail. Okay, so back up…they had a lunch (date?) and then attended a party together. You know what they say: If it looks like a couple and acts like a couple, then it’s probably, uh, a couple.
We already know Scott and Sofia have been in contact with each other since their split in May. “Scott is in touch with Sofia, but as of now, they don’t plan on getting back together,” a source told People. (Sure they don’t.) “Sofia seems okay with them being apart,” the source added. “Scott is doing well. He still spends a lot of time with his kids.”
Of course she’s okay with them being “apart” because they’re still hanging out together. The complicated part is that, according to an Us Weekly source, “Scott is always going to be in love with Kourtney, and that’s something Sofia has had to face since even before she got serious with him.”
Their insider added, “It’s been an ongoing thing. It just became more apparent that his family was more of a priority than she was and his family would be his main priority over anything and anyone.”
Okay, I’m calling it: They’ll be back together by the end of the year. I'm putting it out into the universe, and you can quote me on that.
