My approach is eclectic and combines multiple modalities and tools depending on your needs and goals. Some of them include: CBT, REBT, Art Therapy, Aromatherapy and Sand Tray Therapy.
I desire to help people overcome the concerns that prevent them from living and experiencing fulfillment in life. I enjoy being able to encourage people and to celebrate their successes. Modeling Options Developing Esteem (MODE) Group
The program is called MODE short for Modeling Options Developing Esteem. The program is designed to develop individuality and self-esteem. Furthermore, the program is devised to provide an environment in which young girls can develop into productive, independent and positive young ladies. Our goal is to nurture and encourage positive behavior that will allow young girls to dream and achieve success throughout their lives. The participants have the opportunity to learn about personal self-care, meditation techniques, health and wellness, self-esteem building, coping skills and varying communication skills.
