The St. Johns River remains good for everything.
FRESHWATER: Try the St. Johns River near Lemon Bluff for bass, bluegills and a few shellcrackers and warmouth. Try wild shiners near and under thick vegetation for larger fish. Swimbaits, crankbaits and Senkos all work well. Use crickets and redworms for panfish along with a few catfish.

SALTWATER: Mosquito Lagoon Bait & Tackle reports the western side of the Indian River from Titusville to Scottsmoor is good for redfish, black drum and trout. Swimbaits, spoons, shrimp and shrimp imitation lures work best for reds and trout. Use dead shrimp or cut crabs for black drum. A few snook and small tarpon are possible.
