55 Travel Bucket List Destinations You Should Definitely Look Into This Year

You sooooo need this in your life rn.

By Kristin Tice Studeman and

We all love bed (our own beds, specifically), but sometimes it just feels good to GTFO of town for a minute. You hop in your plane or jump in a car (actually, it’s probs the other way around…if not, please give Kris Jenner my regards) and prepare your body for really good food, some buzzy drinks, and shameless ’gram spam. Sounds nice, right?

But if you’re literally googling “bucket list travel destinations,” chances are that you need a lil help picking a location suitable for drinking, eating, and ’gramming. That’s where I come in.

First, let’s decide what your vibe is. Are we going beachy with endless piña coladas or more of a cultural experience on another continent? Or maybe you’re only interested in exploring more of the U.S. of A. FWIW, you’ll find all of the above in this list below.

If you’re into tropical spots, consider Florida (hey, no shame!), Mexico, some Caribbean islands, California, Croatia, and other sweet, sweet sandy getaways that made ze list of faves.

Looking for more adventure? Check out Laguna Beach (trust), upstate New York, Wyoming, Chile, Norway, Morocco, and more below!

But no matter which destination on this list you end up in, you’ll be sure to find tons of local flavors, amazing people, and views that even your iPhone 11 Pro doesn’t really do justice. Oh, fun fact: We also triple-checked that these places are safe to travel to at the moment—thanks, U.S. Department of State database! Pack your bags, frands.
