St. Pete Pedestrian In Critical Condition Following Crash

A pedestrian was critically injured after being hit by ​a pickup truck while crossing 66th Street North just after 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15.

ST. PETERSBURG. FL -- A pedestrian was critically injured after being hit by a pickup truck while crossing 66th Street North just after 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Theresa Ann Sullivan, 61, of St. Petersburg was crossing 66th Street North south of 54th Avenue North and walked into the path of a Toyota pickup truck driven by 22-year-old Cole Wesley Knapp of St. Petersburg.

The pedestrian was taken to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg.
