During his stint on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, a regularly shirtless Tyson Mayr certainly had female fans swooning.

But as he continued his drool-worthy morning showers over his five weeks on the show, it seems the more physically demanding challenges took their toll on the hunk's appearance.

Evicted from the South African jungle last week, the dark-haired stud has lost eight kilograms in just over one month, and his smaller frame is sure proof.

When the muscular hunk arrived in the jungle at the beginning of February, he had a sizzling six pack to set fans' hearts a flutter.

And no doubt the boyfriend of Bachelor star Lisa Hyde has maintained the attractive feature, though a less bulkier frame is clearly visible. 

A recent video of the traveller soaking up some sun in the jungle shows his protruding ribs and V-shaped pelvic muscle. 

Tyson performed a series of gruelling challenges, including eating slimy creepy crawlies, climbing to great heights and lifting the heaviest of objects.

And along with the physically demanding tasks, he and his reality show co-stars were rationed small amounts of basic food items.  

On Sunday the male model was eliminated from the show, and on the way out he endured a few cheap shots from hosts Dr. Chris Brown and Julia Morris about his daily showering habits.

After the hosts insinuated that he was washing so as to strategically show off his chiseled body during the show's live feed, the male model hit back and claimed 'I'm a morning shower person!'

'It wasn't every day. It wasn't deliberate. It just happened that time,' he laughed. 'We'd wake up, there'd be breakfast, there'd be nothing else to do.'

And while Julia seemed flustered over Tyson's physique, he seemed a little more concerned.

'I think I lost eight or nine kilos in the first two to three weeks,' he said. 'I can feel it, I can feel myself getting smaller.' 

Regardless of the weight loss, his girlfriend Lisa is very much looking forward to seeing her man now that he's out.

Posting a photo of the couple on Sunday night, the brunette beauty wrote a special message dedicated to her reality show boyfriend. 

'He is coming home!!! What an incredible experience, I'm super proud of you @tysontravel. Thank you to everyone who voted and supported Tyson... I can't wait to see you, hurry up an call me (sic),' she wrote.
