Seven arrested after Holmes County investigation

Seven people have been arrested after a month-long investigation in Holmes County.

Holmes County Sheriff's deputies executed a search warrant at a residence off Highway 177 in the Bethlehem community on Monday.

The five people in the residence were detained.

Deputies found several ounces of meth, stolen firearms, and drug paraphernalia which included scales, baggies, and assorted pipes.

Officials say two more people arrived at the residence with four more ounces of meth.

All seven individuals were taken into custody. They were all charged with trafficking meth.

Officials say the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are expected.

The following people were arrested: Wayne Williams, Rickey Williams, Starla Sellers, Jackie Arrant Jr., Ashley Hudsbeth, Tonner Cauley, and Kendra Dumas.
