3-vehicle crash injures 1 driver

BOCK--A 49-year-old woman suffered injury in a three-vehicle rear-end crash Tuesday, Nov. 13, on Highway 23 and Ivy Road in Bock in Mille Lacs County.

BOCK-A 49-year-old woman suffered injury in a three-vehicle rear-end crash Tuesday, Nov. 13, on Highway 23 and Ivy Road in Bock in Mille Lacs County.

The Minnesota State Patrol responded to the crash at 4:17 p.m. It reported a Chevrolet Traverse was stopped in the eastbound lane of Highway 23, waiting to make a left turn onto Ivy Road. A Ford Taurus was behind the Traverse and was rear-ended by the Saturn Outlook, which was also eastbound, pushing the Taurus into the Traverse.

The driver of the Taurus, Rosemarie S. Tomlinson, 49, Mora, was transported to Princeton Fairview Hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Jennifer R. Mitchell, 46, Milaca, the driver of the Traverse, and Trent D. Niedzielski, 22, Ogilvie, were not injured.

The Mille Lacs County Sheriff's Office assisted the state patrol at the scene.
