CHARLESTON, S.C. (WSVN) — An American Airlines flight headed to Miami International Airport from Boston was diverted to South Carolina due to an unruly passenger, airline officials said.
Officials said the disruptive passenger caused American Airlines Flight 1006 to be diverted to Charleston International Airport, Wednesday afternoon. Police then removed the man from the plane.
That flight left Charleston at around 4:45 p.m. and is now scheduled to arrive at MIA at 6:47 p.m.
