Bobby D. Melton, 65, of Whitwell, Tennessee, passed away Friday, September 30, 2016 surrounded by his loving family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Earl & Maybelle Melton; and brother, Buster Melton.
He was of Church of God faith.
He is survived by two daughters, April (Richard) Rollins, Meary Faye (Gary Lofty); two brothers, Danny (Lynn) Melton, Tony (Teresa) Melton; five grandchildren, Whitney (Adam) Sullivan, Adam Rollins, Makenzie James, Jamison Rollins, Brantley Lofty; and sister-in-law, Pat Melton.
Funeral services are at 3 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 3 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Michael Shrum and Rev. Mike Graham officiating. Interment will follow in the Whitwell Memorial Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-8 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 2 at the Whitwell Memorial Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
