Police identify man killed in head-on crash southwest of Ann Arbor

BRIDGEWATER TOWNSHIP, MI - Police have identified a man killed in a head-on crash Tuesday, Feb. 13 in Washtenaw County's Bridgewater Township.

Jeremy R. Pinkley, 29, of Onsted was pronounced dead at the scene of the two-vehicle crash about 11:20 a.m. Tuesday in the area of Michigan Avenue and Neblo Road, according to the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office.

The other driver, a 37-year-old woman, was flown to a nearby hospital, police said.

She was in critical condition at the time, Huron Valley Ambulance spokesman Matt Rose said.

The circumstances of the crash remain under investigation, Washtenaw County Sheriff's Sgt. H. Eugene Rush said.
