According to the company's website, there would be two in Moore and Hartley counties and one northwest of Perryton.

The one closer to Dumas would be two installations capable of producing 800 megawatts of electricity if they operated at full capacity 24 hours every day.

The Ochiltree County farm would produce 300 megawatts under the same conditions.

Industry estimates put construction costs at about two million dollars per megawatt.
