And Reese Witherspoon showed just how she keeps so fit as she was spotted grabbing a healthy juice on her way to yoga class.
On Monday, the 40-year-old beauty looked chipper as she made her way to a sweaty limb bending session in Los Angeles.

The Oscar-winning actress has been keeping busy with her TV project, Big Little Lies.
The show, based on the book by Liane Moriarty, stars a slew of big-name talent including Nicole Kidman, Laura Dern, Alexander Skarsgard, Zoe Kravitz and Shailene Woodley.
It is set to premiere on HBO in 2017.

Aside from her TV show, Reese's voice will be heard in the animated comedy, Sing, set to hit theaters on December 21.
Reese also has three projects in the works, which will surely keep her busy throughout next year.
She'll star in Home Again, alongside the Disney projects, Tinker Bell and Wish List.
