It’s clear that many Twin Cities residents are loving Keg and Case West 7th Market, but now the food hall and market is earning national accolades, too.

The market was voted the best new food hall in the nation in a USA Today contest.

After a month of voting, Keg and Case beat out new food halls in Houston, New Orleans, Las Vegas and more.

According to a news release from the market, vendors at Keg and Case worked hard to get out the vote and are very excited about the win.

“What a fantastic way to start the year!” founding partner Craig Cohen said in the release. “We are all so grateful to everyone who has supported us in so many ways since we opened last September. It’s been wonderful to watch people from all walks of life experiencing everything that the market has to offer.”

Keg and Case, which opened last fall in the former keg house of the Schmidt Brewery, has 23 independent, locally owned vendors including fine-dining restaurant In Bloom, Sweet Science Ice Cream, Five Watt Coffee, Revival Smoked Meats, Clutch Brewing and the cheese-centric Gazta and Enhancements.
