Boston double homicide suspect captured in Georgia

Law enforcement officers captured Nicholas Antoine at a home in Hampton in Clayton County.

A man wanted in a summer double homicide investigation in Boston was arrested in metro Atlanta.

Law enforcement officers captured Nicholas Antoine at a home in Hampton in Clayton County. Clayton County deputies said Sheriff Victor Hill's fugitive squad and U.S. Marshals found Antoine and his girlfriend Friday.

Antoine was wanted in Boston, Massachusetts for two counts of murder, ammunition without FID card, firearm within 500 feet of dwelling, and firearm carry without license.

On June 30, 2018, officers went to the Brighton neighborhood to respond to a call about shots fired. When they arrived, they found two men dead. The murder investigation led Boston Police to identify Antoine as the shooter, Clayton County deputies said.

When Marshals took Antoine into custody, they also apprehended Latifa Brown. Clayton County authorities said she was wanted out of Stone Mountain for a violation of probation on a traffic offense.
