New Braunfels native and musical performer Yesenia McNett will pay tribute to legendary singer Linda Ronstadt during an Oct. 11 concert benefiting the New Braunfels Public Library Foundation at 7:30 p.m. at Brauntex Performing Arts Theatre, 290 W. San Antonio Street.
“The tribute to Linda Ronstadt grew from an opportunity presented by the Brauntex to bring the music of a beloved artist to the stage,” said McNett, who has been a featured guest vocalist for such artists as Gil Gutierrez and Alex Meixner. “I grew up with Linda’s music, with her songs and her sound that dominated the ‘70s and ‘80s.”
