NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU-TV)  The Northumberland County District Attorney dismissed charges against Helena Crosby of Kulpmont today.

Crosby was charged with aggravated assault and other charges in the death of her husband, Vincent, back in September 2017.

Crosby died from a pellet shot from an air rifle.

The court determined that the act was in self-defense.
