Second man arrested for Fairbanks woman's death, with conspiracy charge

Alaska State Troopers have arrested a second man regarding the death of a Fairbanks woman. In a Trooper dispatch posted online, Troopers say Jerad Zabriskie, 27, was indicted Thursday by a grand jury for charges of first-degree murder and solicitation to commit first-degree murder.

Troopers have already arrested 25-year-old Patrick Marsh, who they say killed Pearson and stole her Jeep Cherokee from the home. Marsh was arrested on May 17, and faces one charge of first-degree murder.

Zabriskie is scheduled to be arraigned in court Friday. Both Zabriskie and Marsh are scheduled to appear in court again Wednesday, May 29.
